Brutal Doom copies a lot of other mods then brings in a bunch of new people who claim its the way Doom was meant to be played.īy the way I found this website that was bashing Brutal Doom while looking up why people were so negative about it.Ħ great Doom mods not called Brutal Doom. That said if people do like the over the top elements of Brutal Doom. In fact I think Beautiful Doom is the perfect enhancement for Doom.
Eventually I found out that Brutal Doom was essentially copying a lot of elements from other games. Wasn't sure why everyone was so negative about it. I hadn't really been trying a lot of mods for Doom, so I was blown away by Brutal Doom when it came out.
